MOUNTAINTOP CAMPING

LOST BOYS CAMPING EXPERIENCE

An epic camping experience in British Columbia, the first of its kind in North America, awaits you! Sleep among the stars and wake up to spectacular alpine views at our campsites near the top of the Timber Chair and Fernie’s famous mountaintop restaurant, the Lost Boys Café.

Our camping package includes your lift ticket, campsite, guided hike, dinner, and breakfast. Top quality tents and sleeping pads are also included in the package (or you are welcome to bring your own!). Camping is offered on Saturday nights throughout the summer.  Additional dates may become available.

To book your Lost Boys Camping Experience, call 250-423-2435.

Your camping experience starts at 4:00 pm at base of the Timber Chair, then it’s up the chairlift to your camping area to set up your campsites (hosts are available to assist).  After a guided hike you’ll enjoy a shish kabob dinner at Lost Boys Cafe - the bar will be open so you can also enjoy an evening beverage while star-gazing from the deck of the café.  The next morning after breakfast at Lost Boys Cafe and camp clean up, you will make your way back down the chairlift or feel free to explore the mountain more by hiking and sightseeing.

What to bring for your mountain-top camping experience:
- sleeping bag & pillow
- personal items (toothbrush, change of clothes, etc.)
- headlamp / flashlight
- warm clothing (jacket, sweater, raincoat, etc.)
- good walking shoes / hiking boots
- camera
